John Daly - General Manager
John was born on the southwest coast of Ireland. At age 15 he started working for a hotel during summers and on the weekends throughout high school. He received a BA Degree in Hotel & Catering Management from the Irish Hotel School Galway Regional College.
His passion for the food and beverage industry landed him jobs in Ireland, Germany, London, Boston, Maui, Nevis West Indies, and Dallas while working for Four Seasons and Meridien Hotels. He began his career with Culinaire in 2000 and won the company’s top honor, the President’s Award, in 2001.
John is a doting father and has been a scout leader since 1998. He is also a huge soccer fan although he insists on calling it football.
