Brian Litolff - Executive Chef

Life's milestones revolve around food…that's a fairly typical concept for anyone born and raised in New Orleans, but it indelibly framed Chef Brian Litolff's perspective on food.

He has been involved in cooking since the age of seven, when his mother and grandmother let him help out in kitchen. Then starting his culinary journey at age eleven, began working in the family's restaurants for the next seven years. After graduating high school and taking the advice of family, he set of to study architecture at a Louisiana University, later, after four years hard work, he realized something was still missing, Litolff dashed back to New Orleans to follow his heart into the exotic world of restaurants.

Chef Brian Litolff was the creative mastermind behind the cutting edge culinary artistry that defined the private dining at Central214 and Hotel Palomar Dallas, prior to that position, he has commanded the kitchen for Culinaire International's heralded off-premise catering company, Food Glorious Food, New York City's landmark Tatou Restaurant, prepared fine meals on the deep blue sea for World Yacht Cruises, and pithily pontificated as an instructor at a renowned culinary academy.

The perfect blend of training, diversified experience and an unquenchable sense of adventure is the recipe for his culinary excellence. Thoroughly grounded in classical French cuisine, Chef Brian reaches around the world for products and ingredients that he can transform into his signature global fusion cuisine.

A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, New York, New York, and a six month apprenticeship under the direct tutelage of a French Master Chef, Pierre Bertranet of the Two-Star Michelin restaurant, Moulin de la Gorce in La Roche-L'Abeille, France. Chef Brian continues to expand and redefine the art of fine cuisine.
